Session Information

Session metadata is displayed in the transcript header at the top of the Session Editor. The header shows the session date, media file, languages, participants, and visible tiers. These fields can be edited directly in the transcript.

Session Date

Click the Date value in the transcript header to edit the session date. The date should be entered in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Assign Media

Click the Media value to change the media file assigned to the session. The media file is searched for in the following order:

  1. Corpus media folder (if assigned)
  2. Project media folder
  3. Global media folders (see Media Folders)

Media can also be assigned from the Session > Select media... menu.

Session Language

Click the Languages value to edit the session language. Languages are specified using ISO-639-3 three-letter codes (e.g., eng for English, fra for French). Multiple languages can be separated by spaces.
